Bed and Breakfast Rooms & Rates

The Azalea Manor Bed & Breakfast has four guest rooms with central heat and air-conditioning. The standard room rates include two people per room, a hot multi-course breakfast, access and use of the veranda & porch, and Wi-Fi wireless internet service. Discounts are available for three nights or more and extended stays; but do not apply on Friday, Saturday, holidays or special events. A 12% tax (Indiana State sales 7% and Jefferson County Innkeeper’s tax 5%) will be applied to room rates. Prices may vary for special events and times of high demand. A deposit is required to set and hold your reservation. Reservations may include two adjoining rooms for a small group. If circumstances require adjustment, please call to make special arrangements in advance. Please DO NOT bring cooler’s into the rooms to avoid risk of water and moisture damage. |

advance of the original check-in date to receive a full
refund minus a $50 fee. For more information see the reservation

It accommodates a comfortable French country style queen bed, a private bath done in white-washed tongue-n-groove paneling with a thick old marble slab floor and a shower. You will enjoy a selection of gourmet teas, cocoa and coffee within the privacy of your room or on the veranda next to the garden. |
The English Garden Room is on the first floor with an entrance off the lower veranda and back yard. Located in the earliest part of the house cir. 1833 with original woodwork, windows and electric insert fireplace; the room has a feminine décor made up of luscious pink roses, crèmes and greens. The English Garden room has the warm and charming atmosphere of the old south. |

The Federalist Room will remind you of our country’s patriotic roots and the strong independent stances of our founding fathers. This room is outfitted with a queen bed, antique furniture, and a private bath with shower. After tiring out from unique shopping which is located a few blocks in both directions from the home, you can rest and enjoy yourself on the veranda. Try out the swing or rocking chairs with a refreshing drink and a good book. Bird watching and viewing the historic neighborhood are also popular alternatives. |
The Federalist Room is on the second floor with an entrance off the upper veranda at the back of the home away from the street. Located in the earliest part of the house circa 1833, the room has a large crocheted portrait of George Washington spotlighted above the fireplace, which has an electric insert. The décor is beige faux painted walls with black and old wallpaper border, wrought iron towel and tissue bars, and framed historic documents and pictures of pre & post revolutionary war days. |

This room has a private bath, Baroque style queen bed, antiques, flowers, ivy and angels for affective decorating. The Classical Antiquity room is for romantics and people who want only the best. A gathering area is positioned just outside the room providing books, games, and puzzles. This room is adjacent to the Victorian room. Together the Classical and Victorian rooms would be ideal for 2 couples traveling together. |
The Classical Antiquity Room is a large room located on the second floor at the front of the house off the grand stairway cir. 1853. The tall ceilings, beautiful woodwork, and fireplace have pre-civil war elegance. The room décor transforms you to the antiquities of the Roman Empire with a double soaking tub like an old Roman bath, gothic fireplace and classic ruins. |
