Reservation dates are specific.
Changing dates, within 15 days of scheduled arrival date,
is a cancellation and a new reservation.
See cancelation policy below.
Weather is not justification for requesting a date change.
No bicycles on upper veranda or in rooms.
No pets allowed inside or on the premise.
Payment is required to hold each room reservation!
Payment can be made by credit card via paypal.
When paying by paypal, reservations will be held for 24 hours, allowing for electronic payment process.
When paying by check, reservations will be held for 5 days, allowing for receipt of mailed check.
Rates are for one or two guests per room per night.
Rate for a 3rd person, extra person, is $50 per night.
Check-in is 5 pm Fri-Sun, 4 pm Mon-Thur.
Check-out is 11 AM.
If two adjoining rooms are required, this arrangement must be made during the original reservation to guarantee availability.
Cancellations are to be made in writing 15 days before scheduled arrival date and will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
Emergency cancellations with less than 15 days of scheduled arrival will be fully charged, but may rebook with a 30% discount within 12 months.
Multi-night discounts or coupons do not apply to Friday, Saturday, holiday, or special event nights.
No smoking in the home or on porches, but allowed in the garden when other guests are not present.
Atmosphere is not appropriate for children due to breakables, antiques,
stair cases and guests seeking a quiet retreat.
Standard rates may not apply during local special events and times of high demand.
