Reservation Policies

2 night minimum stay on weekends.

•  A first night deposit is required to make and hold each reservation per room. Currently only cash, checks, and money orders are accepted.
•  To maintain quality service for our current guests, we ask you call for reservations and information between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
•  Rates are for one or two guests per room per night. There is a $25.00 charge for additional guests in the room per person each night.
•  Room rates do not include the 7% Indiana sales tax and a 5% county room tax, unless otherwise stated, which are subject to change by county and state governments.
•  Not all rooms will accommodate additional guests, so please ask if you intend more guests.
•  A full breakfast and daily refreshments are included in the room rate.
•  If two adjoining rooms are required, this arrangement must be made during the original reservation to guarantee availability.
•  Please DO NOT bring cooler's into the rooms to avoid risk of water and moisture damage.
•  Standard rates do not apply during local special events and times of high demand.
•  Multi-night discounts or coupons do not apply to Friday, Saturday, holiday, or special event nights.
•  Cancellations in writing prior to fourteen days of the scheduled arrival date will be fully refunded.
•  Cancellations made prior to 48 hrs of scheduled arrival will be charged 50% of a one night room rate.
•  Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled arrival will be billed. If room can be re-booked, a $25.00 fee will be retained.
•  To avoid cancellation fees reservations may be changed to a future arrival date.
•  No-shows will be fully billed.
•  Check-in is 5:00 PM or after. Please call to make arrangements if you need to arrive after 10:00 PM.
•  Check-out is prior to noon.
•  Smoking is not permitted in the home, but grounds & porches are available for courteous smokers.
•  Pets are not permitted.
•  Because of the abundance of antiques and guests seeking quiet retreat, the atmosphere may not be appropriate for children.
•  Gift certificates are available.
